IPA

India Pale Ale, or IPA, is renowned for its bold hop character and higher alcohol content. Originally brewed with extra hops and a higher alcohol content to withstand long sea voyages to India, IPAs have evolved into a diverse range of styles. They can vary from intensely bitter West Coast IPAs with citrus and pine notes to more balanced and tropical fruit-forward New England IPAs (NEIPAs) or Hazy IPAs.
