An APA base of American Ale Malt and Caramalt, adjusted to include Shepard’s Delight. A small addition of candied ginger at 20min to end of boil (75g)

Simcoe and Nectaron hop additions late in the boil and at 80degree whirlpool. 2x dry hops adding hops day 3 (at High Kräusen) and day 6.

Pressure at approx 5psi release a day or two before bottling
