Brew

  • Mash in at 0.1°C with 17L, rest for 60 min at 0.1°C.
  • Sparge with 19.2L at 76°C
  • Preboil size 31.5L
  • Boil time 60mins
  • Postboil size 28L

Notes: This from League of Brewers in Nelson featuring the new hop in town called Superdelic. To get the most focus on the hop, this brew is a single grain single hop brew.

Interesting advice from LoB to rehydrate yeast before adding as they say may lose up to 50% yeast cell viability if just sprinkle the yeast in dry.
