Yeast nutrient and whirlfloc at 10min to end of boil addition.

Brew

  • Mash in at 71.1°C with 19.5L, rest for 60 min at 66°C.
  • Sparge with 13L at 80°C
  • Preboil size 29L
  • Boil time 90mins
  • Fermenter volume 24.5L
