Small business websites: for plumbers
Websites for plumbers.
A one-page site that says what you fix, where you go and when you answer, with your registration where a customer can check it. Built yourself in one sitting, with no code.

What plumbers need from a website
A lot of plumbing work starts with someone in a wet hallway, searching on their phone. They usually want a few things quickly: do you come to their suburb, are you open, and how do they ring you. The plumbing starting point puts those first, and on a phone the Call button stays at the bottom of the screen as they scroll.
It also shows something many customers look for before they ring: your Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board registration, with its number, linked to the public register so they can check it for themselves.
Already written for plumbers
The page starts with these, under the heading "Services". You can rename them, rewrite them or add your own, up to twelve in all.
- Repairs and maintenance
- Leaking taps, running toilets, blocked drains, burst pipes and hot water faults. Most repairs are finished in one visit.
- Hot water systems
- Gas, electric and heat pump hot water cylinders supplied, installed and replaced. We'll tell you what size your household actually needs.
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing
- Renovation plumbing from rough-in to fit-off. We work alongside your builder or run the plumbing side on our own.
- Gasfitting
- Certified gasfitting for cooktops, hot water and heaters. The compliance certificate is issued when the job is finished.
The prices are examples, and every one is optional. A full price list or menu can go up as a PDF beside them.
Built for how plumbers work
Open now, or when you will answer
Your hours sit near the top, with a line that says whether you are open right now. Tick that you take urgent calls and the site says so under the hours.
The suburbs you cover, large
A plumber starts on Patch, which sets the places you travel to in big type under your name, so people find their own suburb at a glance. List up to twenty.
Text, not just call
A Text button opens a message to you, and Book a job starts one that already says "I'd like to book a plumber." The customer adds the rest, and you answer when your hands are dry.
After Hours, if you pick up at night
The dark template built for urgency: open now and Call fill the first screen, and the week is drawn so people can see when you answer. One tap to switch to it.
Licences and registrations
Add your PGDB registration number and the site shows it with a link to the Board's public register. Master Plumbers membership and your NZBN go in the same list. Nothing shows that you have not added.

What it costs
It costs nothing to build, or to take as a folder. It is $300 to put it live with a domain in your name, hosting and the first year looked after, then $99 a year, with no monthly platform fee and no software to keep updated. Changes are yours to make, at no cost: your link opens the site in the builder, and you put it live when you are ready. Nothing is taken until the site is in front of you and we are ready to go.
Have a logo and colours already? Use them in the builder. For your own fonts, a layout made around your brand, or more than one page, talk to us about a site built on your branding.
Where a plumber starts
It starts on Patch. After Hours and Docket suit plumbers too, and every template is one tap away while you build.
Questions from plumbers
- I do gasfitting and drainlaying too. Does the registration cover that?
- One PGDB register covers plumbers, gasfitters and drainlayers, so one entry with your registration number does for all three. Gasfitting is already in the services; add drainlaying beside it in your own words.
- Do I need photos of my work?
- No. Each template comes with pictures from our library made for plumbing, so the site looks finished on the first day. Swap in photos of your own jobs when you have them, several at once.
- Can customers book a job online?
- The site does not take bookings itself. Book a job starts a text to you with the request already written, or it can link to a booking page you already use.
- I work across a few towns, not one city.
- List the suburbs or towns you travel to, up to twenty. The first leads and the rest sit under it, and the same list is given to search engines as the places you serve.
Start your site.
The builder opens with the plumber starting point already chosen. No cost to use, no account, and nothing to pay until the site is in front of you.
