  • Mash in at 70°C with 20.46L, rest for 60 min at 67°C.
  • Sparge with 13.64L at 75.6°C
  • Preboil size 26.29L
  • Boil time 75mins
  • Top up volume 3L
  • Postboil size 25L

coffee addition: 50g fresh ground coffee added to 400ml cooled boiled water, left in jar for approx 10h then filtered through sanitized aero press to remove grit and enhance the cold extraction (pressure of the aero press will pull through a lot more flavour)
