Ground Ginger 40 gm, Honey 300gm, 1/2 whilrfloc tablet, 1/2 teaspoon yeast nutrient all at 15 min to go in boil

Brew

  • Mash in at 67°C with 20L, rest for 60 min at 67°C.
  • Sparge with 15L at 75°C
  • Preboil size 29L
  • Boil time 60mins
  • Postboil size 25.5L
  • Fermenter volume 24L

Fermented at 23C for 14 days. Nice refreshing Saison style with a little bitterness and ginger and honey coming through in mouth feel.
