First use of alora hops, combined with Pomona yeast and an ale/Vienna grain.
Brew went well, OG 1.060 and in the fermenter at 18.5C.

Fermentation started quickly as usual with pomona, and by 48hours it’s curving off at around 1.013 / 6%.
