Additions

Boil Additions: All recipes Contain Yeast nutrient and finings in either the 20min, 15 min or 10 min addition.

Brew

  • Mash in at 67°C with 16.33L, rest for 60 min at 66.7°C.
  • Sparge with 16L at 75°C
  • Preboil size 27L
  • Boil time 75mins
  • Top up volume 2L
  • Postboil size 26L
  • Fermenter volume 24L

Bottled 17/01/2023
Bottling 130g glucose powder dissolved in 260ml boiling water
Final Volume 19.5L

Brewed with Axel

Dumped some of the muck (discarded), fermenter volume at 23L afterwards.

Bottled with Axel, added 130g glucose into 260ml water – final volume 19.5L in bottle.
