The brew session went smoothly on Friday evening. I didn’t top up the volume after the boil, resulting in slightly less wort in the fermenter (just under 23L) and a higher starting gravity of 1.069.
Quick fermentation – by Monday morning, 2.5days in, the gravity had already dropped to 1.018, giving an ABV of 6.5%.
Day 5
Gravity finished at about 1.016. I left it for over 48hours and only 1 point change to 1.015.
Dry hopped day 5 Wednesday night, raised temp to 20C and closed spunding valve.
Pressure up to 10psi by the morning.
