  • Mash in at 66.7°C with 16.5L, rest for 60 min at 66.7°C.
  • Sparge with 16L at 75.6°C
  • Preboil size 28L
  • Boil time 75mins
  • Top up volume 2L
  • Postboil size 27.5L
  • Fermenter volume 25.3L

pressure fermented at approx 5psi

release of pressure before bottled created quite the stir
