  • Mash in at 66°C with 18L, rest for 60 min at 65.9°C.
  • Mash out: 10 min at 78C
  • Sparge with 15L at 78°C
  • Preboil size 28L
  • Boil time 60mins
  • Postboil size 25L
  • Fermenter volume 24.5L

Fermentation

Primary at 18C, rest at 20C

Notes

Variation of Matt’s DZ IV. Different yeast and slightly less Krush. I used a hop bag which seemed to work really well. Significant reduction in hop residue into fermenter.
